Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Category Management - Supply chain. The role involves developing and implementing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team of category managers and sourcing professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or category management
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and a strong communicator
