Head of Systems & Infrastructure

We are Hiring! Position: Head of Systems & Infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure strategy & planning, team leadership, systems design & implementation, network & security management, cloud & on-premises integration, vendor management, budgeting & cost control, incident management, and reporting & documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years in IT infrastructure roles
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Expertise in network architecture, data storage, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption methods
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and containerization
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, project management, and budget management
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
