We are seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions for our Sri Lanka operations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR compliance
- Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in remote work environments and cross-cultural teams is an advantage
