Human Resources Executive (Payroll)

We are hiring a Human Resources Executive (Payroll) with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefits in a reputed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 2-3 years experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefits
• Knowledge of EPF/ETF registrations and claim process
• Ability to communicate and act proactively and timely
• Time Management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English and Sinhala; fluency in Tamil is an advantage
