• Monitor emerging market solutions and assess internal technical requirements.
• Validate solutions architecture and oversee implementation.
• Drive continuous process improvement and support new process rollouts.
• Develop and mentor IT teams, fostering skill development, autonomy, and self-organization.
• Understand business operations and provide IT advisory support.
• Plan IT projects, manage obsolescence, and ensure long-term efficiency.
• Identify new IT solution opportunities in collaboration with the architecture team.
