Job Description
We are hiring a Manager Colour for Colour Lab - SR to train lab personnel, develop training programs, and ensure high-quality standards in color accuracy. The role involves working closely with IT, production, and quality assurance teams to improve coloration technology and ensure color consistency throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Train Lab Personnel
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Conduct regular training sessions and assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company's color management system
- Work closely with IT and other departments
- Regularly review system data
- Monitor color shades against customer requirements
- Implement systematic checks and controls
- Investigate and analyze deviations from required color standards
- Work closely with production and quality assurance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve coloration technology
- Stay abreast of advancements in coloration technology
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators
- Proactively seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure efficient execution of trials required by production
- Coordinate and manage color trials
- Minimize the occurrence of incorrect decisions
- Ensure timely completion of all color-related Retailer Accreditations
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining retailer accreditations
- Liaise with external auditors and retailer representatives
- Implement corrective actions based on audit feedback
- Maintain and update all relevant color information and records
- Ensure that all color-related records are meticulously maintained
- Implement a robust documentation process
- Conduct periodic audits of records
- Ensure conformity with accepted working standards and Health & Safety directives
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Provide training and resources to lab personnel
