Job Description
We are hiring a Manager of Data Management for a manufacturing industry company in Colombo. The role involves leading a team of Data Analysts, gathering and analyzing data, creating sales quote sheets, and validating product specifications.
Requirements
- Lead a team of Data Analysts
- Partner with internal teams to understand data needs; delegate analyses to team
- Gather, analyze, find patterns, and interpret data in Horizon Group proprietary system
- Responsible for creating sales quote sheets for US and Global Customers
- Validate product specifications, packaging, and palletization for accuracy
- Create items in Customer Data Base
- Analyze data integrity issues of new items lifecycle (conception, quote, purchase commitment, customer setup, production, and finalization)
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Provide sales team accurate and timely quote based on customer requirements
- Formulating procedural manuals
