Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ISO or other process improvement methodologies
- Proven experience in implementing operational strategies and process improvement initiatives in the BPO industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management and performance measurement tools
