We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
