Requirements
- Proactively manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Effectively handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and other meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and attendee satisfaction
- Manage communication with foreign principals, maintain professional relationships, and handle cross-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently
- Exercise independent judgment and initiative, taking ownership of responsibilities and proactively identifying solutions
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds/countries
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
