Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead fintech and banking-related projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements
- Lead and manage end-to-end banking/fintech projects aligned with business goals
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Oversee project execution ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and business units
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and policies
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and financial partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools
