Job Description
We're hiring a Senior BI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools, advanced SQL skills, and experience with data warehouse concepts.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, dashboards, and reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Optimize existing BI reports and dashboards to improve performance and usability
- Ensure data governance and compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BI solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting
- Stay updated with BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices
