The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong documentation and business process modeling skills
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization
- Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and contract handling
- Familiarity with risk management and change management principles
- Experience with QA processes and Agile delivery
- Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage
- Domain expertise in industries such as healthcare, banking, logistics, or software
- Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and collaboration with design teams
