Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong documentation and business process modeling skills
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization
• Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and contract handling
• Familiarity with risk management and change management principles
• Experience with QA processes and Agile delivery
• Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage
• Domain expertise in industries such as healthcare, banking, logistics, or software
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and collaboration with design teams
