Senior Executive Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive Quality Assurance to oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the Microbiology Laboratory.

Requirements

• Ensure the microbiology laboratory is equipped with required resources to meet quality and operational standards.
• Handle and resolve routine technical issues, including corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Oversee routine microbiological analyses, ensuring timely documentation and monitoring of instruments and methods.
• Validate and establish new microbiological methods in compliance with global standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the hygiene team for pathogen monitoring programs and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure full adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) guidelines and promote a strong safety culture within the lab.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of QA analysts, supporting skill development through training and assessments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and guiding analysts in implementing process enhancements.
