Job Description
The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, partner with hiring managers, and utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Recruitment field would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring is a plus.
