Requirements

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient front-end code following best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and QA testing to maintain software reliability.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end systems.
• Integrate complex APIs and real-time technologies like Firebase and Socket.IO for live data synchronization.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement state management and component-based design patterns to enhance maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with modern frameworks, tools, and industry trends (React, VueJS, Angular, etc.).
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
