Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, develop and execute sales strategies, optimize sales funnel, strengthen corporate partnerships, and collaborate with marketing & tech teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferably in travel/tourism)
- Proven track record in leading large sales teams (50+ professionals)
- Expertise in B2B & B2C sales, CRM tools (Zoho preferred), and sales automation
- Strong negotiation & team motivation skills
- Hands-on experience in digital sales & lead generation
