Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a permanent position in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves design and development using Java and JEE technologies, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in design and development using Java and JEE technologies
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or relevant degree from a recognized University
- Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and work in a dynamic environment
- Be self-motivated and motivate team members
- Be a good team player
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of design patterns and integration patterns
- Experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP, Kanban
- Exposure to working with remote development teams
- Previous experience working with foreign clients in a similar capacity
