Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in the banking domain and proven experience in Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) testing.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and NFR testing
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to gather requirements and create comprehensive test plans
• Review system specifications to ensure coverage of both functional and non-functional criteria
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Lead performance testing efforts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Playwright, and analyze results for actionable insights
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members on automation frameworks, best practices, and NFR testing methodologies
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing processes
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation and NFR testing
