Senior Training Executive

The Senior Training Executive will design, develop, and deliver training programs to support IT teams in Sri Lanka and globally. The role includes conducting induction programs, soft skills training, and Lunch & Learn sessions.

Requirements

• Follow structured course development methodologies for Soft Skills and Induction training.
• Deliver blended learning solutions through classroom and virtual training.
• Collaborate with external training providers and maintain strong relationships.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Create training materials, including videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and slide decks.
• Develop evaluation surveys and structured learning documentation.
• Maintain and update training content on SharePoint.
• Conduct New Starter Induction sessions monthly (classroom-based and virtual).
• Deliver Soft Skills training, covering topics like Time Management, Global Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Business Skills.
• Organize and conduct Lunch & Learn sessions virtually as part of the weekly program.
• Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions with ATT to master Induction and Soft Skills courses.
• Manage training invitations, reminders, and attendance tracking via SharePoint.
• Develop connections with local universities for internships and training programs.
• Contribute to the IT Learning & Development (L&D) Newsletter.
• Collaborate with global HR and IT stakeholders to design new soft skills courses.
