Job Description
We are hiring a Social Media specialist to develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and create marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in the Skincare and Beauty Industry and is experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
Requirements
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.
