Job Description
We are hiring a Software Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The role involves project planning, team leadership, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of successful Agile project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
