Team Lead - Tele Sales

We are hiring a Team Lead Tele Sales to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, lead telesales campaigns, and mentor junior sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Marketing or a Degree in Management, 2-3 years of sales experience, and proficiency in IT and office packages.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or a Degree in Management or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a telesales environment)
• Prior experience in the telesales sector is a strong advantage
• Exposure to UK/US-based clients in a sales role is an added advantage
• Proficiency in IT and office packages (Word, Excel, CRM systems)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Management and leadership experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Residing in the Colombo suburban area is an advantage
