Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Senior Travel Designer to join our team, specializing in the English-speaking market. The role involves building strong relationships with top-tier travel agencies, luxury suppliers, and high-value clients, while curating tailor-made travel experiences that highlight Sri Lanka as a premium destination.
Requirements
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury suppliers, and high-value clients to drive revenue and strengthen brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Manage VIP inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and composure.
- Engage with tour operators from the UK, USA, and Australia to deliver bespoke travel experiences.
- Expand and maintain client and agent portfolios by building trust and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the complete client journey from planning to post-travel follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare budgets, monitor profits, and manage costs to deliver value while sustaining business growth.
- Supervise logistics and operational execution, including hotel arrangements, transportation, and curated luxury experiences.
- Lead real-time crisis management to provide support during itinerary disruptions or emergencies.
