We Are Hiring - Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related discipline, and minimum 5 years of experience in software development using C#,.NET, and SQL Server.

Requirements

Define user stories, tasks, and timelines in line with assigned projects
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Lead daily stand-ups, ensuring visibility of team member activities and alignment
Maintain high standards of software quality through best practices, Sonar Cloud quality gates, and code reviews
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications
Support recruitment activities, including interviews and assessments
Stay up to date with the latest trends in software development
