Tech Lead - .NET

We are looking for a passionate Associate Technical Lead to join our high-performance engineering team. You'll lead backend development for scalable, secure systems and mentor teams while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development
• Expertise in.NET Core &.NET Framework
• Proven experience in scalable API design and microservices
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, RDBMS, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with Docker, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
