The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of telemarketers, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high-quality service standards for a global client serving the Indian market.
Requirements
- Supervise and manage a team of telemarketers engaged in phone sales of the companys digital gaming products.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure team members have up-to-date product knowledge and communication skills.
- Motivate, coach, and monitor staff performance to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Analyze performance data and provide regular feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance call conversion and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain professionalism, team discipline, and a high-energy work environment.
