Job Description
Intecrowd is seeking an AMS Workday Benefits Consultant to provide strategic support to client's Workday technology. This role involves delivering innovative solutions, fostering consultant development, and ensuring client satisfaction. It's a remote position with the potential for work location within the Philippines, requiring experience with AMS Workday, benefits, and complex integrations.
Requirements
- Current Workday Benefits Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly
