Job Description
Intecrowd is seeking a Workday Certified (US) Payroll Consultant to manage the successful deployment of Workday solutions to clients. The role involves architecting, configuring, testing, and providing training on Workday, fostering Consultant development, and ensuring client satisfaction. This remote position requires expertise in Workday Payroll and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Current active Workday Payroll Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
