Job Description
Intecrowd is a Workday HCM consulting firm specializing in design, configuration, and deployment. They value partnership and engagement in their business. This role involves architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions, acting as a mentor, and ensuring client satisfaction. Remote work is possible with 0-25% travel expected, including support of other global companies. This position is open to all UK based individuals.
Requirements
- Current Workday HCM Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning)
- 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional human resources experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously
