Workday Certified Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a Workday Certified Payroll Consultant to ensure successful deployment of Workday solution to meet client needs. As a remote role, you will work with a deployment team to design, configure, and test Workday solution, as well as mentor new consultants and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Current active Workday Partner US or Australia Payroll Certification
• 2+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
