Manager, Engineering - Manufacturing

Lead a team of engineers and engineering supervisors to support Site Operations by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to sustain and optimize ongoing production, ensure site quality, and drive continuous improvement projects to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or another technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and engineering leadership roles in production environments
• Master's degree and/or certification as a Green Belt or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Experience with strategic and direct management of people in complex manufacturing environments
