Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Manufacturing Engineering Manager responsible for leading a team of engineers and engineering supervisors to support Site Operations by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions. The role involves strategic leadership, technical expertise, and people management to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a technical discipline
• Accomplished track record in previous engineering and engineering leadership roles in production environments
• First-hand experiences implementing and/or sustaining Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices
• Strategic and direct management of people in a fast-paced and complex manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Certification as a Green Belt or equivalent
• Project Management certification
• Financial acumen and capability to navigate a Profit and Loss Statement
• Leadership skills, including Emotional Intelligence
• Calm demeanor and positive, can-do attitude
