Process Development Engineer II

We are seeking a Process Development Engineer II to apply engineering principles and practices to develop processes and equipment for new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in process development and engineering.

Requirements

• Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields
• Ensure Integer internal and external customers' expectations are met or exceeded
• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites with the goal to ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective results
• Identify existing or develop new process and equipment technology, characterize and optimize processes, and validate processes and manufacturing lines
• Establish efficient production line layouts or lead process improvements to existing plant operations
• Perform estimations of production times, staffing requirements, and/or related costs
• Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements
