Job Description
The Program Manager, Engineering role is responsible for managing multiple projects across multiple sites, leading internal and external customers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute project deliverables. The role involves directing team members, identifying and managing project risks, and implementing Program Management Office tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in a regulated product environment, including 4 years in a project management capacity
- Certification in Project/Program Management from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Strong ability to lead team activities, coach, and communicate
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current FDA, ISO, MDD, and other related quality and regulatory system requirements
