Job Description
Integer is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality to lead the manufacturing site and ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining quality management system compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field and 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with ISO standards governance and regulatory compliance experience.
Requirements
- Lead the manufacturing site and ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintain quality management system compliance
- Develop and champion the evolution of the core elements of the local Quality System
- Manage a team of Quality function professionals
- Ensure the completion of projects as assigned
- Proactively manage risk(s) associated with quality concerns
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment
