Job Description
Join Integra LifeSciences as the Director of Operational Excellence to lead Lean Six Sigma deployment and enterprise continuous improvement across the Global Supply Chain & Operations organization.
Requirements
- Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment and enterprise continuous improvement
- Define, deploy, and sustain Integraâs Lean Six Sigmaâbased Operational Excellence strategy
- Establish enterprise CI governance including project selection criteria, prioritization processes, tollgate standards, and KPI dashboards
- Lead a global portfolio of highâimpact Lean Six Sigma projects
- Apply advanced analytical and statistical tools to solve complex operational, quality, and supply chain challenges
