Job Description
Join Integra LifeSciences as a Regional Product Manager to create and execute omni-channel brand strategies within the product portfolio and marketing function. The role requires developing short and long-term strategies to drive increased revenue and penetration in the US tissue reconstruction market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experience in the medical device or closely related industry
- Direct marketing experience with regenerative tissue/wound reconstruction a plus
- Ability to develop comprehensive strategies across therapeutic areas, aligning cross-functional partners
- Understanding of the hospital inpatient and outpatient care setting reimbursement landscape
- Excellent financial and statistical analytical skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Influencing and negotiating skills
