Senior Customer Experience Associate - German Speaking

We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our Finance team. The Senior Customer Experience Associate will own end to end solutions to address issues raised by clients while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level.

Requirements

• Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
• Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
• Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
• Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
• Liaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolution
• Support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholders
• Participate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
