Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

What You Will Do

Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards. Manage logistics support analysis for military systems. Manage systems safety studies. Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience, PMP Certification or DAWIA PM III Certification, and TS/SCI Clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience
• PMP Certification or DAWIA PM III Certification
• Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development, five (5) years of management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and five (5) years of systems analysis
• TS/SCI Clearance
