Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to sit between the product and the market at Integrate, a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for deep tech like rocket launches and advanced manufacturing. The role is customer-facing by design and requires a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Demonstrated track record of deep, ongoing customer engagement
• Experience working in or alongside customer success, support, or sales functions
• Proven ability to manage a mix of feature work across different scopes and complexities simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience at a company at a similar stage to Integrate, with comfort with ambiguity, limited process, and high ownership
• Comfortable working in modern startup tooling, including Notion, Linear, Slack, Intercom, and generative AI tools
• Experience setting up lightweight automations or workflows to capture and route customer signal
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI-assisted development tools
