Senior Backend Engineer

Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world’s most ambitious machines. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll join a small, high-ownership engineering team building the infrastructure layer of Integrate’s platform. The role involves designing and scaling distributed backend systems, owning performance profiling and debugging, and contributing to data federation architecture. You'll work with Go, Python, gRPC, REST/JSON, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL stores, and Kubernetes-managed infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of backend engineering experience, with a focus on distributed or high-availability systems
• Production experience in Go; Python for tooling or data workflows
• Familiarity with gRPC and REST/JSON API design at scale
