Human Resource Associate role at Integrated OS. Ensuring culture alignment, business compliance, and Team Member needs. 5+ years of HR experience and Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or equivalent required.

- 5+ years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Strong background of HR Functions: Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Employee Management, Labor Laws and Regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Has a working background with Sprout is advantage
