Job Description
Integrated OS is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and oversee internal operations across HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition while ensuring commercial visibility and control. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in operations, preferably in BPO, offshoring, or shared services, and strong process improvement and systems-thinking skills.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in BPO, offshoring, or shared services
- Experience managing HR, IT, and/or Talent Acquisition functions
- Strong process improvement and systems-thinking skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue and cost impact
- Proven ability to drive efficiency and team performance
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
