As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers managing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing product support with accuracy and care.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics (or an equivalent technical discipline)
- Exceptional attention to detail with data entry accuracy of 98% or higher
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, and/or technical support is an advantage but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills
