Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a repair, manufacturing, or service environment
- Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical repair of industrial equipment
- Experience with generators, electric motors, or rotating equipment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience with scheduling, planning, and production coordination
- Exposure to continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, safety programs) preferred
