Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager leads the U.S. and Canadian payroll function for IPS, owning end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities, states, and provinces for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including experience directly managing a payroll team.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
• Multi-state U.S. payroll experience required; Canadian payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll integration for mergers and acquisitions strongly preferred.
