Job Description
Integrated Power Services is seeking a self-motivated Protection & Control Technician to be hands on with our field services group. Responsibilities include physical wiring, verification of non-factory wiring, commissioning of relays, and setup and configuration of network equipment.
Requirements
- Associates of Science in Electrical Technologies preferred, or 2-5 years experience; or equivalent education and experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time
- Acute hearing and strong field of vision
