Accounts Receivable Specialist

Integrated Protection Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven experience working as an accounts receivable specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the service industry or a similar field is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
