Job Description
The Staff Accountant supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting decision-making, and helping IPS operate efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working in accounting systems
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
